Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy extra hardware?
No. The system runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. An 80 mm thermal printer is enough for receipts.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. In a restaurant they scan the QR code on the table; with the booking systems they open your own booking link.
What if I don't want guests to order via QR?
No problem. Ordering from the QR menu is optional and is switched on or off per business. When it is off, guests just browse the menu and the waiter takes the order; when it is on, guests order from the table themselves.
Which languages does the menu support?
Turkish, English and German. Guests choose the language at the top of the menu.
I have several branches. Do I need separate logins?
No. Your branches are linked into one group and you switch between them with one tap.
How do booking reminders reach my clients?
The panel lists tomorrow's bookings; you send each client a WhatsApp reminder with one tap, including a link to cancel or reschedule.
How do I stop strangers filling my day with fake bookings?
Numbers booking for the first time wait for your approval, while clients who have visited and paid before are confirmed instantly. To avoid approving your regulars one by one, import your phone contacts into the panel once.
